help me figure out a movie title. Horror film, ending with a female ghost whispering in a dead man's ear.?

That man was dead because of an accident, where there is a truck
carrying reinforcement steel bar used for construction suddenly swirl
and the bars came loose and pierce right thru him. This part is in
slow motion.

Then at the operating theatre, when the doctor is removing the guy's
organs, the ghost whisper into his ear, saying something like I
forgive you, and he started breathing again.

I think this is a asian horror movie, but cannot recall the title.
