In Greek, Casey kissed a guy whose tongue was everywhere?

okay so there is a scene in the first half of the whole series where
Casey kisses some guy who i can't remember and it looked really awk
because his whole mouth was around her chin even and then later she
tells Ashleigh something like his tongue was having a party in my
mouth or something along those lines and then Ashleigh is like ew
gross, awkward....

i know for sure it was not Cappie or Evan. if you know who it is
